SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Every LA LLC ("Every LA," "everyLA," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program description

When you opt in to the Every LA LLC (everyLA) text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages related to our residential real estate services. Depending on the consent you provide, these may include:

• Transactional / non-marketing messages: appointment and showing reminders and confirmations, transaction and escrow status updates, document requests, and replies to your inquiries.
• Marketing / promotional messages: new listing alerts, open house and price-reduction notifications, market updates, and offers about our real estate services.

2. Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send "STOP," we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Help instructions

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers

Our messaging program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Neither Every LA LLC nor the wireless carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility & age restriction

To participate in the text messaging program, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age, and you must be the account holder of, or authorized to enroll, the mobile number provided.

8. Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately, and you may opt in to either, both, or neither. Each opt-in checkbox on our contact form is optional and unchecked by default.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
